Join us for community, relaxation, and rejuvenation in this Prenatal Mini-Retreat. What to expect: a time for yoga geared towards your pregnant body, a time for yoga nidra to get the rest you deserve, a time for a sound bath to bring about healing, a time for reiki to continue the healing, and a time for community to be able to connect with others in the same stage of life as you.
